Agreement

By accessing creo.photos or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Photos by Creo provides professional photography services and an online platform for clients to view, organize, and share their photos. Sessions include engagements, music and band, nature and landscape, and family photography.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access your galleries. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. We authenticate via email-based magic links — no passwords are stored.

Photo Ownership & Usage

• Copyright — all photographs are copyrighted by Creo Design. You receive a personal-use license upon delivery.
• Personal use — you may print, share on social media, and use photos for personal purposes. Please credit “Photos by Creo” when possible.
• Commercial use — commercial licensing (advertising, merchandise, editorial) requires a separate agreement. Music and band sessions include commercial licensing by default.
• Portfolio use — we may use delivered images in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise.

Sessions & Booking

• Scheduling — session dates are confirmed upon booking and payment. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.
• Cancellation — cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
• Weather — outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather at no additional cost.
• Delivery — edited photos are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session date via your online gallery.

Share Links & API Access

You may create share links and API keys to grant others access to your galleries. You are responsible for managing these credentials. We recommend revoking share links and API keys when they are no longer needed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to access others' accounts, uploading malicious content, or using the platform in ways that violate applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Photos by Creo is provided “as is.” While we take every precaution to protect your photos (including encrypted storage and regular backups), we are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable session.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
